Whippy the woodlouse

This is after a true story!

In my home, there are living some arthropods with me. A few days ago I got some new woodlice (Oniscus asellus).
I put some pieces of carrots into the terrarium first and settled the small scramblers over to their new home one by one. They were all very nervous and ran somewhere to hide as soon as they fell onto the ground.

One bigger woodlouse fell on a piece of carrot.

First he was like: "OMG! Must hide somewhere! D: "
Then he was like: "... Wuts this? OMG!!! Its carrot! ! Must drag it off, quick, before someone else peeks it!"

The piece of carrot was more than double the size of himself XD .
He tried to drag it away anyway. At first he sat on it and it didn't work, but then he managed to carry it below the next leaf. After this, the leaf was constantly moving along with his biting moves on the carrot ^^.

It was so cute! I've never seen this before.
I called him "Whippy".
